Finally, our Client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world. **Location:** Brazil/Mexico – Working Hours: **8:00 am to 5:00 pm (EST)** **What You’ll Do:** * **Production Support**: Troubleshooting issues on Comparative Rater vendor platforms and Download to maintain seamless operations. * **Collaboration**: Working closely with Distribution Teams, IT, and external vendors to align on solutions and improvements. * **Enhancements \& Development**: Driving service enhancements and supporting the launch of new products on the Comparative Rater and Download platform. * **Download Services**: Facilitating the delivery of policy transaction details to agents via their agency management systems, enabling effective customer service. **Requirements** **Experience:** * 3 years of experience. **Skills:** * **Proficiency in English (Interview’ll be in English)** * Bachelor's degree Business Administration. * Excel – Intermediate * Office Suite \- Intermediate * Power BI \- Entry Level * Project Management Tools \- Entry Level * Insurance Knowledge \- Preferred **Benefits** 1\.
