Propose corrective actions and improvements in manufacturing QUALITY INSPECTOR *JOB DESCRIPTION:* Supervise, evaluate, and ensure that the manufacturing processes of metal parts comply with the quality, safety, and regulatory standards established in our production process. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Inspect metal parts and structures to ensure quality and specifications. · Perform quality tests on welds and materials. · Identify and record defects in products and processes. · Propose corrective actions and improvements in manufacturing. · Prepare inspection reports and technical documentation. · Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards ***REQUIREMENTS:*** EDUCATION: \- INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING or MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE: * 1 to 5 years in quality inspection within metalworking processes. * Experience interpreting engineering drawings and technical standards. **Technical Knowledge:** * Metalworking manufacturing processes (turning, milling, grinding, stamping, etc.). * Welding and fabrication (MIG, TIG, SMAW, FCAW) and welding symbols. * Quality standards: ISO 9001, AWS D1\.1, ASME IX, API 1104, ASTM. * Quality testing methods: Penetrant testing, magnetic particle testing, ultrasonic testing, hardness testing, etc. * Measuring instruments: Vernier calipers, micrometers, thickness gauges, calipers. * Proficiency in Excel WE OFFER: · Social security · 12 vacation days in the first year · Vacation bonus: 25% · 15-day Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo) Send your CV or apply through this platform.
