




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the timely supply of materials and services required for the manufacturing of metal structures, through supplier negotiations. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end management of the procurement process and supplier negotiations. 2. Proactive identification of cost savings and improvement opportunities in procurement processes. 3. Maintenance and development of the supplier register. Ensure the timely supply of materials, supplies, and services required for the manufacturing of metal structures, securing optimal conditions regarding price, quality, and delivery time through effective management and negotiation with suppliers. Functions and Responsibilities * Manage the procurement process for materials, supplies, and services required for operations and production. * Conduct quotations, supplier comparisons, and price negotiations. * Track purchase requisitions originating from production, warehouse, and projects. * Issue and manage purchase orders and ensure on-time material delivery. * Maintain an up-to-date supplier register and develop new sourcing options. * Monitor deliveries, shortages, or incidents related to suppliers. * Control procurement documentation and coordinate with the administrative and warehouse departments. * Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in procurement activities. Requirements * Education: Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum of **2 years of experience in procurement**. * **Preferably experience in procurement within the metal-mechanical industry**, structural steel, or materials used in the manufacturing of metal structures. * Experience in supplier negotiations. * Proficiency in Excel and purchase order management. * Strong organizational, follow-up, and pressure-management skills.
