Position Summary: Perform collection and billing management, as well as preparation of reports and system-based collection settlements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage collections of merchandise invoices from customers 2. Prepare deposit reports and cash-cut reconciliation lists 3. Process collection settlements in the system and issue receipts ***BILLING*** **Job Responsibilities:** · Collect merchandise invoices from customers · Prepare deposit reports according to payment methods · Receive the daily collection summary from the Distribution Department · Record collections made by the Distribution and Occurrence Departments in the system · Prepare the cash-cut reconciliation list · Provide delivery services for Occurrence invoices · Issue receipts **We Offer**: **Weekly Salary $2350 Tax-Free** (not a probationary week), 25-day Christmas bonus, Savings Fund, School Scholarships, and many more!
