We invite you to join our qualified team as: Process Control **Minimum Educational Requirement:** Completed upper secondary education, incomplete or ongoing bachelor’s degree. **Minimum Required Experience:** Statistical process control, personnel administration, methods engineering. **Responsibilities:** * Report quality and food safety issues or risks to the Quality Department, the Quality Management System, and/or area supervisors. * Monitor statistical controls. * Participate in and contribute to decision-making regarding change control related to machinery and equipment, operational flow, process layout changes, etc. * Develop improvement products to meet indicators corresponding to area control. * Plan and execute necessary controls and processes to ensure plant efficiency. * Statistically measure process capability per production line or product family. * Develop and manage projects to improve existing process capabilities. * Ensure safety, proper use of PPE, and maintenance of 5S in the work area. * Coordinate with the Process Engineer to ensure proposed improvements align with the plant’s strategic guidelines and company objectives. * Establish and document standardized procedures for production processes, ensuring long-term sustainability of improvements and implementation across all relevant areas. * Develop procedure manuals and best practice guides for operational staff, ensuring all workers comply with company policies. **We Offer:** Savings Fund Savings Box Grocery Vouchers Cafeteria SGMM Company Product Benefits Thank you for investing your time in our selection process, during which all data will be handled confidentially.
