Job Summary: Supporting customers in generating, registering, and tracking shipping labels, managing information, and communicating special cases. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages shipping labels and package tracking to ensure timely deliveries. 2. Communicates status updates and special cases to coordinate customer service. 3. Updates data to maintain accurate sender/recipient information. Customer Service City: AGUASCALIENTES Publication Date: Apr 24, 2026 Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Description: CUSTOMER SUPPORT ASSISTANT General Purpose To generate and document shipping labels via the "Command" system, enabling necessary tracking from request initiation through final delivery. Main Functions 1\. Generate shipping labels by entering sender and recipient data into "SCI" (Interactive Command System) to expedite package pickup. 2\. Execute label registration and creation, generating reports known as manifests. This ensures a record of all labels generated in "SCI" (Interactive Command System) and facilitates daily client report closure. 3\. Analyze customer shipment tracking, monitoring shipments within the tracking system to validate package status and location—ensuring customers know where their shipment is. 4\. Report special cases by communicating with the account executive or account advisor, enabling coordination across relevant departments to deliver optimal customer service. 5\. Report data updates by entering updated sender and recipient information into the Command system, ensuring labels are generated using correct data. Requirements * Minimum Education: High School Diploma * Work Experience: 1 year in Customer Service * Logistics/Office Environment * KPI Management
