




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced baker with expertise in dough handling, large-scale production, fermentation, baking, and decoration for gourmet product preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in dough handling: sweet dough, puff pastry, cookies. 2. Aesthetic sense and attention to detail in presentation (gourmet products). 3. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in this position * Knowledge of **dough handling**: sweet dough, puff pastry, cookies, etc. * Experience in **large-scale production** * Knowledge of **fermentation and baking processes** * Experience in **product decoration** (cinnamon rolls, cookies, glazes, etc.) * Sense of **aesthetics and attention to detail in presentation (gourmet products)** * Good **personal hygiene and workplace organization** * Punctuality and responsibility * Schedule availability (Monday to Friday, morning shift) * Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Responsibilities: * Preparation of products (rolls, cookies, sweet bread) * Process control (dough, fermentation, baking) * Final decoration and presentation * Area cleaning and organization * Teamwork and production targets compliance We do not discriminate against any applicant wishing to join our company.
