




Position Summary: Optimize and standardize production processes to improve efficiency, ensuring quality and efficient use of resources in operations. Key Highlights: 1. Process manual development and updating 2. Participation in internal/external audits 3. Generation and modification of process design documents **Objective:** Optimize and standardize production processes to improve process efficiency, ensuring quality and efficient use of resources in operations.**Responsibilities:*** Develop and update process manuals to maintain and improve production. * Prepare PRs for procurement needs within the PE division. * Transfer and implement new models on the EW production line. * Participate in internal/external audits (including customer audits). * Monitor PE department KPIs within the EW division. * Generate and modify process design documents (PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow). * Develop and support process and design change control. * Propose and develop new systems to create safer, more economical, and logical processes. * Control manufacturing process design for electronic wire products. * Collaborate with safety and quality teams to align with company objectives. **Knowledge and Skills:*** Completed engineering degree in a related field. * Intermediate English (reading, writing, and speaking). * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in the automotive industry. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Experience with ISO and IATF standards. * Knowledge of Core Tools. * Experience interpreting designs (AutoCAD). * Experience in supplier management. * Proactive. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Teamwork and collaboration.
