Currently, we are seeking candidates for the following position: **Plastic Injection Engineer** **Requirements**: ***Education***: \- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. ***Knowledge in***: \- Advanced level of Excel \- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in plastic injection molding processes, preferably in the automotive industry \- Quality standards IATF 16949, VDA, 5S, FMEA, APQP, PPAP \- Quality claims and preparation of 8Ds \- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools such as: 5S, TPM, SMED, etc. \- English (Advanced level) \- Knowledge of injection molding machines with hot runner systems and multi-cavity molds. **Responsibilities:** \- Lead and optimize plastic injection molding processes to meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives. \- Serve as the primary technical expert for setup, optimization, and troubleshooting of injection molding processes for automotive components. \- Optimize process parameters, minimize variation, and resolve quality issues. \- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), reduce cycle times, and lower scrap rates. \- Perform validations of molds, machines, and materials requested by project, quality, and planning departments, according to the QMS. ***We offer***: \- Benefits exceeding legal requirements \- Savings fund \- Cafeteria service \- Free transportation \- Life insurance Job type: Permanent position Benefits: * Company parking * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
