




**Job Description:** The **Food Safety and Hygiene Auditor** will be responsible for conducting **audits** at various facilities to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards. This includes evaluating production processes, food handling, quality control, and the proper implementation of food safety practices in daily operations. Key Responsibilities: * Conducting **audits at local retail stores**, municipalities, neighboring cities and states, or any other designated area. * **Report preparation**: Detailing areas for improvement and non-compliant requirements. * Food safety training: **Participate in and deliver training courses** to stay updated on best food safety practices. * **Teamwork**: Collaborate with different departments to ensure food safety measures are properly implemented. Requirements: * **Recent graduates** with completed degree and/or interns preferably in Biological and Health Sciences (e.g., QA, Food Engineering, Agro-industrial Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry and Biological Pharmacy), or related fields.
