Fundamental role in shaping the guest's first impression **Position Objective** To deliver outstanding service from the moment the guest arrives, as the receptionist represents the hotel and forms one of the guest's earliest impressions; much depends on this interaction to ensure the guest begins their stay with a positive impression. **Position Profile** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Technical Superior University degree in Tourism, or related field. * **Gender:** Unrestricted * **Marital Status:** Unrestricted * **Age:** 20 to 50 years old * **Languages:** English 50% * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year * **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Knowledge of tourism or service companies, understanding of hotel operations, expertise in customer service.
