




**REQUIREMENTS:** \*Age between 25 and 45 years old. \*Completed Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Capital Management, or related field. \*Minimum of 2 years of experience in personnel recruitment and selection, vacancy tracking and control, administration of psychometric tests, labor research, and human resources activities. \*Availability to travel and flexible working hours (MANDATORY). \*Excellent leadership skills. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1\. Conduct job analysis, evaluation, and description according to EAPSA's operational needs. 2\. Post job openings on various job portals and recruitment sources. 3\. Attend job fairs. 5\. Interview candidates ensuring they are suitable for the position and in accordance with DGP. 6\. Request employment and personal references from selected candidates. 7\. Collect documentation required for hiring. 8\. Prepare salary offers and employment contracts. 9\. Monitor onboarding process for new employees. 10\. Monitor company work climate to reduce employee turnover. 11\. Support in identifying training needs for EAPSA/PSP (DNC). 12\. Participate in training and development programs for EAPSA/PSP staff. 13\. Maintain attendance and incident records for EAPSA/PSP personnel, collect information, and submit it to management for follow-up and to payroll for processing. 14\. Supervise safety, hygiene, and occupational health measures for EAPSA/PSP personnel. 15\. Register newly hired employees into the HIK\-CONNECT attendance system. 16\. Implement and monitor psychosocial risk factors for EAPSA/PSP employees (NOM\-035). 17\.
