Job Summary: We are seeking a technician with experience in bicycle mechanics and knowledge of electronics for quality control, fault diagnosis, repair, and warranty management of electric bicycles. Warranty management and preparation of technical reports. **Candidate Profile** **Experience:** Minimum 1\-2 years in bicycle mechanics (mandatory) and basic/intermediate knowledge of electronics or electromechanics. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency with multimeter, tin soldering, battery cell diagnostics, and controller programming. * **Attention to Detail:** Ability to follow rigorous *checklists* (this is critical for quality control prior to display). **Main Responsibilities** **1 Quality Control (Pre\-Sales):** * Final inspection of each unit assembled by assemblers. * Verification of torque on fasteners, brake and gear adjustments. * Testing of electrical components (lights, display, pedal-assist sensors, and throttle) before moving to the sales floor. **2 Diagnosis and Repair:** * Identification and resolution of faults in motors (hub or mid-drive) and wiring. * Repair of punctures and complex mechanical adjustments. **3 Warranty Management:** * Determination of whether a fault falls under warranty coverage. * Preparation of technical reports on recurring faults to provide feedback to the assembly team.
