Position Summary: Executive pilot responsible for domestic and international flights, ensuring safety and coordinating logistics, with direct attention to executives. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in coordinating and managing executive flights. 2. Responsibility for aircraft safety and maintenance. 3. Direct interaction with executives and air traffic control. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Prior experience as an executive pilot and on routes; minimum 1000 hours on Turbo Prop is mandatory. \- U.S. FAA Commercial License with instrument rating or IFR capability. \- Minimum total flight time required: 5000 hours. \- Flexible availability of schedule. \- Bilingual in Spanish and English. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Conduct flights within and outside Mexico, based in Aguascalientes City. \- Provide direct attention and transportation for executives. \- Ensure compliance with safety measures according to applicable guidelines and regulations for flight and aircraft maintenance. \- Coordinate flight logistics, maintain detailed control and records, manage situations and contingencies. \- Communicate with air traffic control teams. \- Maintain and update records, licenses, documentation, and overall aircraft administration. **COMPETENCIES:** \- Strong technical skills. \- Personal stability to handle stress and pressure. \- Excellent communication skills for interacting with crew and air traffic control. \- Quick and rational decision-making. \- Professional appearance and demeanor, customer service orientation **WE OFFER:** \- Full-time employment \- Job stability \- Competitive salary \- Excellent work environment Workplace: On-site employment
