MEP Engineering Coordinator

Position Summary: We are seeking a technical professional to coordinate MEP engineering in industrial projects, ensuring proper execution, preventing interferences, and providing comprehensive technical support. Comprehensive technical support to construction, procurement, and project control We seek a technical professional with experience in industrial projects and MEP engineering coordination, capable of analyzing, reviewing, and coordinating project technical information to ensure correct field execution, prevent interferences, detect inconsistencies, and provide comprehensive technical support to construction, procurement, and project control departments. The role will involve direct participation in the review and coordination of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, PCI, and special systems disciplines within large-scale industrial projects. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Review and analysis of IFC, construction, and shop drawings * Technical coordination of MEP disciplines * Detection of interferences, inconsistencies, and technical risks * Review and tracking of: RFIs, Submittals, Transmittals, Technical Minutes, and Engineering Changes * Preparation of technical clarifications and proposals * Development and analysis of Value Engineering proposals * Technical validation of materials and equipment prior to procurement * Coordination with clients, external supervision, and suppliers * Review of technical specifications, catalogs, and calculation reports * Technical support to construction and project control * Monitoring of applicable regulations: NOM, NFPA, and CFE * Coordination of technical information on platforms such as Procore REQUIREMENTS * Electrical, Electromechanical, or Civil Engineering degree with MEP experience or related background * Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial projects (industrial warehouses, distribution centers, industrial parks, or MEP projects) * Experience in engineering coordination and technical review TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE * AutoCAD * Revit MEP (desirable) * Navisworks (desirable) * Procore (desirable) * Interpretation of drawings and single-line diagrams * Electrical systems and medium voltage * PCI/NFPA * HVAC * Plumbing and stormwater systems SKILLS * Strong analytical ability * Document organization and control * Effective technical communication * Ability to identify risks and anticipate problems * Technical conflict resolution * Working under pressure * Multidisciplinary coordination WE OFFER * Competitive salary based on experience * Statutory benefits Salary: Starting from $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
