Position Mission** Ensure that every drop of water delivered by our systems meets the highest purity standards and that every technical service interaction exceeds customer expectations. Your objective is to standardize operational excellence, guarantee compliance with health regulations, and lead continuous improvement to maintain Purifika’s competitive advantage in the market. **2\. Key Responsibilities** * **Water Quality Assurance:** Supervise and audit purification protocols to ensure strict compliance with official standards (e.g., **NOM\-127\-SSA1** and **NOM\-201\-SSA1**) across all installed hydration points. * **Process Standardization (SOPs):** Design, implement, and audit procedural manuals for equipment installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance. * **Supplier Management:** Evaluate the quality of critical supplies (filters, membranes, electronic components) to ensure the supply chain does not compromise the brand promise. * **Technical Service Control:** Establish field quality KPIs (first-visit effectiveness, cleanliness, punctuality, and customer interaction). * **Certifications and Regulatory Compliance:** Lead the acquisition and maintenance of certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 or other relevant ones) and manage technical relations with health authorities (COFEPRIS). * **Voice of the Customer (VOC):** Analyze complaints and technical reports to identify root causes and execute action plans that reduce churn rate and improve NPS (Net Promoter Score). **3\. Profile** * **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or related field. A specialization or master’s degree in Quality Management is desirable. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in quality leadership or management roles, preferably in mass-consumption companies, water purification, laboratories, or industrial maintenance services. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S). * In-depth experience with Mexican health regulations. * Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS). * **Soft Skills:** * **Attention to Detail:** Ability to detect anomalies overlooked by others. * **Influential Leadership:** Ability to foster adoption of a quality culture among sales and technical teams. * **Analytical Thinking:** Ability to translate technical data into strategic decisions. **4\.
