Requirements: * **Gender-neutral; immediate availability required** * Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (or currently completing the degree) * Specific knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management software, and AutoCAD * Experience: Recent graduate Responsibilities: * Adherence to the construction schedule. * Coordination of operational personnel across various work fronts. * Maintenance of the construction logbook. * Preparation of physical progress reports. * Supervision of proper execution of construction activities. * Ensuring compliance with the approved construction plans and applicable regulations. * Quality control of construction work. * Management and control of material and consumable supply to the site. Skills and Competencies: * Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings. * Material quantity takeoff. * Interaction with on-site operational personnel. * Punctuality. * Initiative and proactivity in resolving technical construction issues. * Implementation of strategies for optimal execution of construction activities. * * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs; Saturday, 8:00–12:00 hrs. * Work location: Colinas de León II, Plan de Ayala.
