Ensure compliance with budget, schedules, technical quality, on-site safety, and effective communication with the client. Coordinate work plans, schedules, and budgets per project. Track physical and financial progress of projects. Monitor technical teams, supervisors, contractors, and suppliers. Verify compliance with technical specifications, regulations, and quality and safety standards. Report budget deviations and coordinate corrective actions.
