**FIELD COLLECTIONS MANAGER** **What will your responsibilities be?** * Meet minimum daily visit targets. * Meet minimum monthly visit targets. * Manage recovery of clients with overdue accounts. * Ensure payment commitments from delinquent clients. * Recover Totalplay equipment. * Negotiate with customers. **What do we require from you?** * Age: 18 years and older. * Education: High school or higher. * Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a collections officer or in similar roles. * Must know how to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid driver's license. * Proficient in using smartphones. * Customer service attitude. * Effective communication skills. * Persuasion and convincing abilities. * Negotiation skills. **What do we offer you?** * Base salary: $11,000.00 * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:30am-6pm.
