




**Are you organized, proactive, and knowledgeable in mechanics and electricity?** We are seeking a professional to ensure the optimal operation of our facilities, equipment, and services. **Your Key Role** You will serve as essential support for the team, providing the tools and expertise necessary to **repair and maintain all company equipment and infrastructure in excellent condition**. **Key Responsibilities** * **Systems Management:** Ensure proper functioning and continuous updating of maintenance, cleaning, and contracted service plans in **SAP** and the **Metasys** system. * **External Coordination:** Supervise and ensure that services performed by external companies are executed correctly. * **Planning:** Develop detailed roadmaps for the maintenance plan. * **Projects:** Create catalogs of items for repair and maintenance construction tenders, based on actual needs identified. * **Inspections:** Assist with periodic inspections of facilities, buildings, equipment, furniture, and general assets. **Schedule and Work Modality** * **Workdays:** **Monday through Sunday**, with **one rotating day off**. * **Shifts:** **Rotating shifts** (availability for both shifts is mandatory): * **Morning shift:** 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. * **Afternoon shift:** 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (including a one-hour lunch break). * **Weekends:** Working weekends is **mandatory**. * **Additional Days:** Availability to work extra days, primarily during **Night Sales**. * **Note:** Schedules may vary depending on store operations. **Essential Requirements** * **Minimum Education (Mandatory):** **Technical degree** in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related field. * **Technical Skills (Intermediate):** Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**. * **Work Condition:** Knowledge of and willingness to work in **confined spaces**. **Desirable Experience** * **1 year** of experience developing maintenance and energy supply analyses and sequences. **Apply Today** If you meet this profile and seek stability and growth, we want to meet you!
