At GINOX Comercializadora, we are seeking an E-commerce Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for keeping product databases up to date in Excel for online sales platforms such as Mercado Libre, WordPress, and ERPs, as well as managing customer orders and monitoring online sales. They will also be responsible for maintaining our WordPress website, implementing structural and design improvements on www.ginox.com.mx, and ensuring the proper functioning of plugins and updates. Responsibilities: * Update product databases and upload information to e-commerce platforms. * Manage and track orders on platforms such as Mercado Libre and WooCommerce. * Maintain the WordPress website (updates, plugins, design). * Design and implement new website sections or improvements. * Generate sales and digital channel performance reports. * Coordinate with other departments to ensure accuracy in listings and orders. Requirements: * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, filters, lookup functions). * Experience with e-commerce platforms (Mercado Libre or Amazon). * Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of WordPress (plugins, design, maintenance). * Ability to organize and track orders and digital processes. * Basic design skills in Canva or similar tools are desirable.
