Our culture is creative, fast\-paced, and bold, built by designers who love what they do and thrive on setting new standards for the industry. **About The Role** We’re seeking an experienced **Graphic Designer** who is passionate about their craft and thrives on bringing ideas to life across both print and digital. You’ll conceptualize, design, and deliver a wide range of creative materials: from social media campaigns and branding to billboards, pitch decks, and packaging, while collaborating with our design and marketing teams to push creative boundaries. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and deliver high\-quality creative for both print and digital campaigns. * Develop materials such as branding systems, ad campaigns, billboards, flyers, business cards, menus, signage, and packaging. * Produce polished mockups and brand guidelines for internal and client presentations. * Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product managers to bring concepts to life. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a sharp eye for layout, typography, and color. * Research trends, new tools, and techniques to keep our creative edge sharp. **What You Bring** * 5\+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or marketing environment preferred). * Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. * Deep understanding of typography, color theory, white space, scale, and hierarchy. * Strong experience with branding, corporate identity, and marketing collateral. * Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Spanish proficiency a plus. * Ability to self\-manage deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively. * Bachelor’s degree in Design, Art, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). **Bonus Skills** * Experience with **motion graphics**, **video editing**, or UI/UX design. * Familiarity with front\-end web design or digital marketing workflows. * Understanding of print production and large\-format design setup. **Why You'll Love Working Here** * Competitive pay based on experience. * Flexible and collaborative work culture. * Opportunity to work on diverse, high\-profile projects that span industries. * Growth potential within a creative and expanding agency.
