Our engineering and product innovation help keep soldiers and firefighters safe, is critical in building and keeping communities clean and helps people do their jobs every day.** **Position Title: Welding Operator** **Description:** Ensure production area objectives through correct assembly and welding application following work instructions (center point), releasing products according to quality standards (CTQ, gauges, inspection) and adhering to defined manufacturing processes while maintaining an inclusive and collaborative team culture, achieving the highest quality levels to meet the company’s critically important goals. The welding operator reports to the Team Leader and Production Supervisor. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Perform duties in accordance with the company’s Internal Work Regulations (RIT). 2\. At all times, wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the assigned activity. 3\. Carry out production activities in compliance with company-defined standards (quality, production, safety, etc.). 4\. Commit to producing quality products aligned with standards and executing validations following established control processes. 5\. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area using the 5S methodology. 6\. Attend scheduled company trainings punctually and actively. **Authorities:** An individual’s authority is the power they hold within their organization.
