**Job Profile.** We are looking for a Real Estate Title Coordinator with experience in administrative and legal processes, to ensure proper management of deeds and property documentation. **Requirements:** * Experience in real estate titling processes and notary procedures. * Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards. * Experience in processing and managing Infonavit credits. * Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency. * Teamwork skills and customer service orientation. **Experience in:** * Managing appraisals with valuation units. * Handling CLG documents through notaries. * Coordinating instructions with banks. * Drafting and reviewing deed projects with notaries. * Supervising key documentation: release letter, instructions, appraisal, CLG, etc. * Interfacing with institutions such as Infonavit, Fovissste, SOFOM, among others. * Specialist in bank financing, cash payments, and financing through Infonavit. * Closing figures and following up on institutional collections after signing. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and manage the real estate titling process. * Verify and follow up on required legal documentation. * Maintain communication with notaries, financial institutions, and clients. * Ensure compliance with regulations and delivery timelines. * Manage the reception and follow-up of sales and files.
