We are looking for a professional committed to quality and accuracy. **The Key Role** You will be responsible for the proper management, control, and distribution of our pharmaceutical inventory, ensuring that each medication is stored and delivered according to the strictest quality and safety standards. **Your Essential Functions and Responsibilities** · **Inventory Management (FIFO):** Apply the First Expired, First Out (FEFO/FIFO) principle for effective stock monitoring and rotation, minimizing expiration risks. · **Quality Assurance:** Maintain impeccable order and cleanliness in all warehouse areas, in strict compliance with **Health Regulations and Good Storage Practices (GSP).** · **Supply and Dispatch:** Accurately prepare orders and perform document control for correct packaging and final verification by the Warehouse Supervisor. · **Logistical Support:** Occasionally perform **order delivery and distribution (logistics)**, ensuring medications reach their destination on time and in proper condition. · **Stock Control:** Actively participate in physical inventory counts to ensure alignment between actual stock and system records. **What We Are Looking For?** · **Education:** Completed high school diploma. · **Experience:** Minimum of **1 year** as a Warehouse Assistant, preferably in the pharmaceutical, food, or products requiring expiry date control sectors. · **Mobility:** Possession of a **personal vehicle** and a **valid driver's license** (essential for logistical tasks). · **Skills:** High level of organization, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. **WE OFFER:** · **Base Salary:** 8,500 MXN monthly. **Additional Bonus:** 1,000 MXN upon achievement of objectives. · **Mobility Support:** Financial compensation as **support for maintenance of your personal vehicle and gasoline** (key for your logistical role). · **Job Stability** · **Statutory Benefits:** We guarantee all your legal benefits (IMSS, Christmas bonus, vacations, etc.). · **Professional Development** · **Excellent collaborative and professional work environment.** **Working Hours** · **Fixed Shift:** Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Job type: Full-time, Trial period Contract duration: 3 months Salary: $8,500.00 - $9,500.00 per month Work location: On-site job
