Opportunity for professional development **Human Resources Supervisor** **Industry: Automotive Parts Store** An automotive parts company seeks a **Human Resources Supervisor** to comprehensively manage HR processes for a team of approximately 35 employees. **Job Objective** Administer and execute Human Resources processes, ensuring legal compliance, proper personnel administration, and stable labor relations. **Responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff * Personnel administration (hiring, termination, and personnel files) * Attendance, schedule, and shift control * Payroll calculation and management, including payroll incidents * Labor relations management and internal regulations enforcement * Staff onboarding and training * Compliance with the Federal Labor Law and STPS regulations **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field * Minimum 1 year of experience in operational HR * Knowledge of payroll, labor relations, and the Federal Labor Law * Experience handling IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT * Intermediate Excel skills **Key Competencies** * Organization and control * Effective communication * Conflict management * Confidentiality * Working under pressure **We Offer** * **Approximate gross monthly salary: $11,000** * (comprising base salary, attendance bonus, and food vouchers) * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Opportunity for professional development**Conditions** * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. / Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * **Work Modality:** On-site * **Job Focus:** 70% operational / 30% strategic Job Type: Part-time Job Type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
