Contribute to the proper maintenance of facilities, promoting a safe and functional work environment, under the supervision and guidance of the maintenance supervisor. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree, incomplete degree, or technical qualification related to maintenance. Minimum 3 years of experience in building maintenance (general repairs). Knowledge of electrical installations (medium and low voltage). Knowledge of compressed air systems, compressors, and pneumatic installations. Knowledge of dust collector repairs, cooling equipment, and chillers. Knowledge of diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems. English - Basic.
