Position Summary: We are seeking an Industrial, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineer to manage teams, provide specialized technical assistance, training, and customer support in the poultry industry. Continuous interaction with customers and departments A leading company in the poultry industry seeks an Industrial, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineer—or related field—with extensive experience, capable of Managing Work Teams to: 1. Provide technical assistance and advisory services to customers and departments, either remotely or on-site. 2. Deliver training on product and system handling, maintenance, and operation. 3. Support customers with on-site technical assistance and troubleshooting. 4. Prepare reports on technical assistance visits and training sessions. 5. Hire and coordinate contractors for on-site installations and repairs. 6. Provide feedback to the engineering department regarding product improvement opportunities and identified issues. 7. Review technical manuals, data sheets, and technical instructions. 8. Support and coordinate equipment/system testing, conduct required technical visits and reports, and report findings to other project stakeholders. 9. Maintain ongoing contact with customers to identify product, training, and technical assistance needs. 10. Handle the 24/7 customer service hotline. 11. Support general departmental activities. 12. Comply with and commit to the Quality Management System. Requirements: 1. Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and pneumatic diagrams. 2. Basic knowledge of Civil Engineering/Construction is desirable. 3. In-depth knowledge of electrical panels (including assembly). 4. Experience in poultry farms and automation systems. 5.
