Knowledge: * CCTV — installation, control, and maintenance of cameras and monitoring systems. * Access control for operating systems, websites, platforms, etc. * Structured cabling. * Installation and maintenance of Windows and MAC operating systems. * Microsoft Office suite. * Antivirus installation and administration. * Backup agent. * IP printer installation. Responsibilities: * Conduct functional testing on systems and local networks, identifying and diagnosing malfunctions to verify and adjust their operation. * Install and configure operational applications such as the OS, Office, Remote Customs Declaration Query, MDM, PDF Reader, Backup Agent, Antivirus, etc., ensuring proper license usage and verifying that all updates are current. * Confirm with users that requirements are met on time and as specified. * Redesign local network cabling and electronics in small environments and connect them to wide-area networks, escalating assumptions requiring higher-level intervention.
