




A major food industry company, expanding its operations, is seeking: Recruitment and Selection Coordinator Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or Economics/Administration fields Ages 24 to 40 Experience: 1 to 3 years in recruitment (mass, operational, and administrative) Easy access to El Salto Industrial Park Availability to work one Saturday per month Functions and Responsibilities: * Knowledge of diverse recruitment sources * Recruitment and selection of personnel at all levels * Design and implementation of recruitment strategies * Availability to conduct field recruitment (for operational positions); proficiency in interview techniques * Sense of urgency; critical and analytical thinking * Ability to retain personnel * Develop and apply recruitment and selection strategies to fill organizational vacancies * Plan and execute candidate attraction through recruitment methods, digital platforms, social media, job fairs, academic partnerships, negotiations, among others * Review resumes, conduct interviews, administer tests, and verify employment references for personnel selection * Analyze metrics and indicators to improve turnover, retention, and recruitment efficiency * Implement continuous improvements in recruitment, selection, and hiring processes * Provide onboarding support and induction for new hires, organize personnel files, conduct inductions, manage labor relations, and oversee onboarding Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,500.00 – $12,500.00 per month Benefits: * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
