Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the quality of domestic and imported products through inspection, supervision, and analysis, generating detailed reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure product quality standards 2. Inspection and supervision of finished products 3. Generation of quality reports **Objective:** Guarantee that CEPESMAR’s domestic and imported products comply with established quality standards per regulations and criteria through inspection, supervision, sample analysis, and generation of detailed reports. **Responsibilities:** * Request products for inspection from the warehouse department. * Supervise and track finished products. * Conduct quality inspection and track products (Domestic/Imported). * Deliver product quality reports (Domestic/Imported). * Analyze volume of products to be inspected. * Monitor product temperature during transportation. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in quality control, food science, or related field. (Bachelor’s degree in food science preferred) * 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Valid driver’s license (standard). **Skills and Competencies:** * Knowledge of quality inspection methodologies and techniques. * Basic proficiency in measurement and testing tools. * Sample calculation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Attention to detail and analytical ability. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. * Standard vehicle operation. **SCHEDULE:** Monday to Saturday.
