




Pressmedia Group is seeking a Quality Manager Requirements Age: 29–30 years old Experience: 2 years in similar positions (Preferred) Education: Plan, coordinate, and supervise HR policies and processes. Recruitment, selection, and hiring of operational and administrative personnel. Preparation and management of employee personnel files. Administration of employee registrations, cancellations, and modifications with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). Coordination of employee onboarding, training, and development. Attendance tracking, incident reporting, leave requests, and vacation management. Payroll supervision and validation of weekly payments. Enforcement of the internal regulations and handling of disciplinary matters. Preparation of administrative minutes and follow-up on labor disputes. Compliance with the Federal Labor Law and applicable regulations. Management of workplace climate and internal communication. Coordination of performance evaluations. Handling of voluntary and involuntary terminations and severance procedures. Management of employment contracts and renewals. Coordination with other departments (production, administration, safety).
