Check that personnel comply with safety regulations and PPE. 5\. Observe whether they run the process as designed. 6\. Verify that personnel propose improvements to the process and quality. 7\. Look for evidence of compliance vs. takt time, efficiency, and on\-time deliveries. 8\. Review 5S\+1 and Visual Management. 9\. Update whiteboards. (PIM 1, 2, and 3\) Periodic activities: 1\.
