




Job Summary: Responsible for CNC machine programming, setup, and operation, as well as production maintenance and monitoring to ensure quality. Key Highlights: 1. CNC Machine Operation and Programming (Lathes and Machining Centers) 2. Knowledge of Metrology, Calculation, and Blueprint Interpretation 3. Production Program Monitoring and Goal Achievement - CNC Machine Programming, Setup, Adjustments, Configuration, and Operation (Lathes and CNC Machining Centers). Translate instructions into computer commands so that machines can correctly perform the required functions. - Knowledge and understanding of metrology, calculation, blueprint interpretation, geometric forms, and tolerances. - Responsible for meeting productivity targets (inserting, loading, and unloading components required during automated equipment operation for mass production of parts). - Prepare and load raw materials and parts into machines. Generate daily production reports and review daily production results. - Monitor scheduled programs to achieve process goals in safety, environment, productivity, and quality. - Comply with customer specifications and product quality criteria. - Conventional Machining (Lathe, Grinding, and Milling). - Prepare and conduct functional tests to verify that the machine produces parts conforming to customer specifications. - Inspect and maintain machinery daily under optimal conditions for safety, maintenance, production, and quality.
