At MEGA, we are looking for someone like you to join our administrative team and help keep our information current. = Your Objective = Ensure all received information is recorded accurately, quickly, and securely in our internal databases. = Responsibilities = • Data entry: Inputting data into the system. • Document validation: Verifying the accuracy of information before processing. • Entering sales reported by phone or via the platform into the system, validating that the information is correct and complete to prevent incidents. • Receiving sales receipts and sales quantity reports from supervisors to verify information, then either entering it into the system or rejecting it. • Conducting daily cash reconciliations at the end of each shift to ensure sales data matches reported figures. • Handling personal data. = Profile Requirements = • Education: Completed high school diploma or technical administrative program. • Experience: Preferred 6 months to 1 year in similar roles. = Benefits = • Base salary of $9,451 per month (gross). • Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. • Transportation allowance (outbound only). • Statutory benefits from day one. • Job stability and an excellent work environment.
