**Responsibilities:** * Install internet equipment, such as modems, routers, and antennas, in homes and businesses. * Perform necessary cabling (fiber optic, coaxial, etc.) for internet connectivity. * Configure Wi-Fi networks and ensure all devices function correctly. * Conduct speed and connection quality tests to verify service performance. * Identify and resolve technical issues related to internet connectivity and installed equipment. * Advise customers on the use and maintenance of installed equipment and services. * Maintain detailed records of installations and repairs performed. * Adhere to safety protocols to ensure proper handling of equipment and prevent damage. **Required Skills:** * Knowledge of telecommunications, networking, and internet technology. * Ability to install and configure modems, routers, and cabling systems. * Capacity to diagnose technical problems and provide effective solutions. * Manual dexterity to work with tools and equipment. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Commitment to service quality and attention to detail. * Ability to work outdoors and in various environments. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education or technical training in telecommunications, electronics, or related fields. * Prior experience of 1 year in internet or cable service installation or maintenance is preferred. * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary. * Ability to work at heights (ladders, utility poles) and in confined spaces. **Working Conditions:** * Outdoor work, with exposure to varying weather conditions. * Handling of heavy tools and equipment is required. * Frequent interaction with customers, requiring strong customer service skills.
