Our products, present in a wide variety of fields, contribute to improving the quality of life for millions of people. **Job Description** **Objective:** Certify production operators at their respective workstations, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their tasks; additionally, deliver courses and concepts related to human resources, manufacturing, quality, safety, and environment. Also responsible for managing the training administration process and related activities. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Certify operators at assigned workstations * Train and develop operator associates across different production lines * Provide support in required theoretical/practical training across various production lines. 2\. Training Administration * Maintain training records and evidence. 4\. Support audit processes * It is the associate's responsibility to understand and apply the Quality Management System according to ISO9001 and IATF16949 standards as applicable to their specific process within the organization. * It is the associate's responsibility to understand and comply with HSE instructions, procedures, and training related to our legal, corporate, and other subscribed requirements, according to their job position, initial training plan, and to actively participate in established programs aimed at achieving objectives and targets under ISO 14001: 2015 and ISO 45001: 2018\. **Requirements** * Technical degree (TSU, Conalep, CBTis). * Technical experience in assembly and/or machining processes (minimum 2 years) * Office software proficiency (Excel, Word, etc.) * Strong communication skills (training techniques desirable, e.g., ILU) * Sense of belonging (follow-up on tasks, pursuit of results) * Leadership (ability to get things done) * Excellent attitude. * Availability and commitment (flexibility across work areas, shift-based work). **Additional Information** Bosch continuously expands its international presence, as cultural diversity represents one of our greatest strengths.
