Foster social interaction and development of children's skills **General Description:** The playroom coordinator is responsible for supervising, caring for, and entertaining children in a safe and dynamic environment, promoting recreational, educational, and social activities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise children within the playroom, ensuring their safety at all times. * Organize and lead recreational activities, games, and group dynamics. * Foster social interaction, creativity, and skill development in children. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and good condition of materials and toys. * Record children's arrivals and departures. * Attend to parents or guardians, providing information about the service. * Implement established safety rules and protocols. **Requirements:** * Experience in childcare, recreation, or related fields (preferred). * Enthusiasm for working with children. * Patience, responsibility, and positive attitude. * Flexible availability. **Skills:** * Group management * Creativity * Effective communication * Organization * Conflict resolution Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $9,450.20 - $10,000.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Employee discount * Sick leave * Cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
