Productivity-based growth scheme At 30 Minutes Fit®, we are looking for a **Member Coach (EMS Training Coach)**—equivalent to a fitness trainer profile with experience in EMS (preferred but not mandatory)—to train members at our EMS Training Centers, utilizing our proprietary training protocols and specific products, all designed in France: eSuit®, eSuit® Pro, eBrain®, and the App, as part of our proprietary technology. **We Offer:** * Membership in a community passionate about helping others live healthy lives. * Continuous training and professional development. * Productivity-based growth scheme. * Opportunity to create daily content supporting our members. * Base salary + bonuses + commissions + statutory benefits + uniforms. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Physical Therapy, or related field. * Basic knowledge of rehabilitation and/or physical therapy. * Knowledge of electromyostimulation training (preferred but not mandatory). * Sales and customer service skills.
