***We are hiring a Wireless Internet Installation Technician Assistant!*** ***Requirements:*** * Age: 25 to 45 years old * Completed high school education * Valid driver’s license * 1–2 years of experience in similar positions * Availability to work on highways and in rural communities ***Responsibilities:*** * Wireless home installation. * Handling installation tools and equipment * Adherence to quality and safety standards * Participation in scheduled weekend on-call shifts when required ***Knowledge and Skills:*** * Proficiency with various tools (mandatory) * Minimum 1 year of experience working at heights (preferred) * Knowledge of: * Router and repeater configuration * Radio, antenna, switch, and hotspot configuration * VLAN configuration * Climbing guyed towers of varying heights: 12, 24, and 40 meters * Installing telescopic masts of 3, 6, 9, and 12 meters * Crimping Cat5e and Cat6 network cabling * Wireless network knowledge * Experience driving vans on highways and in rural communities * Proactive, responsible attitude and ability to work in teams ***We Offer:*** Starting salary: $12,000 MXN per month Statutory benefits Overtime pay Opportunities for growth and continuous training ***Work Schedule:*** Monday and Tuesday: 8:00 – 18:00 Wednesday to Friday: 8:00 – 19:00 On-call shift: Once every three weeks, work Saturday and Sunday, with compensatory days off on Monday and Tuesday.
