





A. POSITION OBJECTIVE Ensure the receipt, storage, preservation, control, and timely delivery of medicines, vaccines, veterinary products, and chemicals used in production and operations, maintaining appropriate conditions of safety, temperature, and traceability, in compliance with current internal and health regulations. B. RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY · Responsible for safeguarding and controlling all stored materials. · Authority to validate warehouse entries and exits and supervise the execution of established procedures. · Authority to assign and supervise tasks of warehouse personnel. · Responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations within the area under their charge. · Deliver material upon replacement with new products (medicines and materials). · In case of failure to follow current procedures, the company may apply sanctions or terminate the existing contract. C. MAIN FUNCTIONS Daily: · Supervise the proper receipt, verification, and registration of received materials, products, and services. · Control the storage and preservation of supplies, ensuring adequate conditions of hygiene, ventilation, and temperature. · Manage physical and digital inventory of medicines, veterinary products, fuels, and chemicals, maintaining updated and reliable information. · Verify that products with expiration dates or special conditions are stored and rotated according to established procedures. · Coordinate the timely delivery of materials to production, maintenance, and operations departments. · Maintain document control and traceability of warehouse entries and exits, as well as purchase orders and service receipt notices. · Supervise the proper handling, identification, and labeling of materials, minimizing losses and risks. · Participate in internal or external audits, providing required information and documentary evidence. · Ensure compliance with sanitary, environmental, and industrial safety regulations within the warehouse area. · Coordinate and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel, promoting continuous training and adherence to procedures. · Attend customers in a courteous and friendly manner, without neglecting job responsibilities. · Prepare purchase requisitions for each material requested in the warehouse. · Review pending requisitions requiring authorization for resolution. Follow-up on purchase orders for which no materials or services have been delivered. D. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS · Inventory management and control. · Proficiency with computerized warehouse systems (ERP or equivalent). · Knowledge of sanitary regulations applicable to medicines and veterinary products. · Procedures for safety, storage, and transportation of chemicals and fuels. · Traceability and document control techniques. · Organizational, planning, and decision-making skills. · Leadership, effective communication, and teamwork.
