





A. POSITION OBJECTIVE Ensure operational support in the receipt, storage, preservation, control, and timely delivery of medicines, vaccines, veterinary products, chemicals, diesel, and other inputs used in the company's production and operations, guaranteeing compliance with current internal, sanitary, and safety regulations, as well as traceability and appropriate preservation conditions. B. MAIN FUNCTIONS Daily: · Responsible for the physical receipt of materials, supplies, and products, verifying quantity, quality, and delivery conditions against purchase orders or service receipt notices. · Record material entries and exits in the systems or formats established by the department. · Maintain organized and classified storage according to product type (medicines, chemicals, fuels, veterinary products, etc.), ensuring their preservation under appropriate temperature, humidity, and safety conditions. · Control and update physical and system inventories, reporting discrepancies or anomalies to the Warehouse Manager. · Responsible for the timely delivery of materials and supplies to various operational areas, recording outgoing movements with corresponding folio or receipt. Weekly: · Participate in cyclic or general inventories, ensuring inventory accuracy. · Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitary control regulations, as well as internal storage policies. · Collaborate in the traceability and documentary registration of sensitive products (vaccines, medicines, chemicals). · Promptly report to the Warehouse Manager any incidents, shortages, or deviations detected in warehouse processes. Monthly: · Conduct physical inventory and reconciliation with the system. · Issue medicine and chemical consumption reports to Production and Administration. · Submit monthly report on control of entries, exits, losses, and expirations. Occasional: · Attend internal or external audits. · Propose improvements in administrative processes. · Participate in annual inventory audits and review of safety regulations. C. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS · Basic knowledge and control of inventories, storage, and material handling. · Knowledge of sanitary regulations applicable to veterinary and chemical products. · Skill in handling and controlling documentation for entries and exits. · Basic computer equipment and warehouse control systems handling (Excel, ERP or similar, Office and Commercial). · Organizational ability, responsibility, and attention to detail. · Teamwork and willingness to collaborate with different operational and production areas. · Ability to physically handle materials and comply with safety measures. · Be courteous with personnel requiring materials or related services.
