Textile Finishing Supervisor Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. Requirements * Minimum 3 years of experience. * Knowledge of jet dyeing machines, jiggers, penteks, ramas, fabric openers, etc. * Knowledge of textile processes and statistical process control. Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate daily activities in the finishing department. * Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards across all finishing processes. * Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficiency in scheduling and execution of finishing tasks. * Personnel management (20 people) * Monitor each machine’s processing status and evaluate operating speed.
