You will be the company’s face to our customers, ensuring that their merchandise is received, measured, and organized with maximum efficiency and integrity. **What We Offer:** * **Timely payment:** $2,500 net weekly. * **Additional bonus:** $260 weekly for punctuality. * **Statutory benefits** from day one. * Ongoing training (we accept candidates with or without experience). * Excellent work environment and stability. **Your Main Responsibilities:** * **Customer service:** Greet customers, receive their merchandise, and advise them on optimal packaging. * **Loading/unloading operations:** Unload merchandise at the dock using a hydraulic pallet jack and a hand truck. * **Inventory control:** Identify, weigh (scale), and measure (tape measure) packages or boxes. * **Internal logistics:** Organize merchandise by destination municipality and assist with returns/pickups. * **Documentation:** Stamp invoices, record measurements on shipping manifests, and report to the Receiving Supervisor. * **Maintenance:** Keep the receiving area clean and orderly. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * **Education:** Completed junior high school (preferred). * **Age:** 18 to 40 years old. * **Gender:** No preference. * **Technical skills:** Basic use of scale, tape measure, and loading tools. * **Desirable knowledge:** Forklift operation (minimum 1 year) and basic arithmetic/spelling skills. * **Attitude:** Excellent customer service orientation, proactive, honest, and able to work under pressure. * **Health:** No chronic conditions that would hinder physical effort. **Key Competencies:** * Teamwork and assertive communication. * Adherence to safety rules and policies. * Responsibility and commitment to results. * Adaptability and ability to learn quickly. **Schedule Requirements:** * Full-time. * Flexible availability. **Join the Flecosa family and grow with us!** Job Type: Full-time Salary: $2,500.00 per week Benefits: * Savings fund * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
