* **Surveillance and Patrols:** * Conduct periodic surveillance rounds on the premises, both on foot and by vehicle. * Monitor key areas such as loading and unloading zones, parking lots, and access points. * **Access Control:** * Supervise and control the entry of personnel, visitors, and vehicles into the facilities. * Verify identification and check-in/check-out records, ensuring only authorized individuals have access. * **Security Systems Monitoring:** * Operate and monitor security camera systems (CCTV), alarms, and other electronic security devices. * Report and document any suspicious activity or incident detected through these systems. * **Vehicle and Cargo Inspection:** * Perform security inspections on vehicles and cargo before entering or leaving the premises. * Verify that documentation and security seals are in order and show no irregularities. * **Emergency Response:** * Respond quickly and efficiently to alarms, security incidents, and emergencies, following established protocols. * Coordinate with local authorities in the event of serious incidents. * **Reporting and Documentation:** * Maintain accurate records of surveillance rounds, inspections, and any security incidents. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on security activities and any irregularities identified. * **Training and Compliance:** * Participate in ongoing training programs on security procedures and first aid. * Ensure all security activities comply with company policies and legal regulations. Requirements * **Education:** * High school diploma or equivalent.
