Manage and record attendance and cafeteria time clocks Assist employees with questions regarding payroll payments Register new employee enrollments in Contpaq, IMSS, and the Metalistik platform Process terminations in IMSS, review resignation letters and no-debt certificates for settlement preparation. Record and calculate employee settlements. Participate in mixed commissions for Profit Sharing, Training, and Safety and Hygiene Carry out reconciliation processes for IMSS, SUA, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT Assist in the preparation and calculation of ISN Participate in the preparation of Monthly Forecasts for accounting. Perform calculations for PTU, Christmas bonus, and Risk Premium. Reconcile HR data in IMSS, Afore, and Infonavit against payroll records. Participate, review, correct, and execute the annual closing for the respective department. Support any Human Resources activities. Prepare employment contracts and renewals according to contract validity periods Create payment layouts for payroll disbursement and food vouchers Manage and distribute payroll cards and food vouchers Administer and manage information for enrollment, termination, and deductions of GMM insurance policies Coordinate with the cafeteria provider the number of meals requested per week Coordinate with the transportation provider the logistics of transportation points and the list of personnel using this service.
