




Position Summary: Supervises and coordinates unit distribution, scheduling, operator performance, and customer relations to ensure high-quality service. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and supervision of unit distribution. 2. Supervision of operator performance and objective achievement. 3. Management of communication and customer and operator support. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate the company's unit distribution. * Jointly review with Maintenance department to ensure units have received preventive maintenance. * Supervise the activities of the scheduling department. * Supervise the unit scheduling process. * Manage operator service hour logs. * Supervise performance and objective achievement in the safety and medical departments. * Ensure operators' rest periods and vacations are observed. * Prevent operator overtime. * Assist in preparing documentation for weekly and monthly client meetings. * Monitor diesel consumption per operator and take appropriate actions as necessary. * Track incident reports during trips. * Provide continuous support to operators and customers, resolving inquiries or conflicts. * Supervise operators’ trip performance, diesel efficiency, vehicle care, trip incident reporting, and on-time deliveries. * Maintain constant communication with the client to deliver high-quality service. * Immediately address incidents reported by subordinates. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
