Ensure operation of critical equipment **Job Objective** Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of infrastructure, machinery, and equipment through planning, execution, and supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance, minimizing failures, costs, and downtime. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and execute the preventive and corrective maintenance program. * Monitor the condition of machinery, equipment, and facilities. * Diagnose and coordinate repairs for mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures. * Ensure operation of critical equipment (milking systems, cooling systems, pumps, generators, etc.). * Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and consumables. * Control and optimize maintenance costs. * Supervise and train assigned personnel. * Coordinate work with external suppliers. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. * Prepare technical reports and track performance indicators. **Requirements** * Education: Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering degree. * Experience: 1\-3 years in maintenance (preferably in the agribusiness or industrial sector). * Knowledge of: * Industrial electricity * General mechanics * Hydraulic and pneumatic systems * Preventive maintenance (TPM) * Operation of machinery and equipment Employment type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking Work location: On-site employment
