




**PROFILE:** Plans, directs and controls the activities of personnel under his/her command, establishing appropriate communication and coordination mechanisms with the various departments. **OBJECTIVE:** Coordinate and supervise the established functions of security guards to safeguard the physical integrity of personnel, as well as the company’s assets and property. **FUNCTIONS:** * Ensure compliance with the registration, notification and monitoring of all types of personnel entering the plant, as well as verification of their authorization. * Establish a record of vehicle entries and exits from the plant, subject to prior authorization. * Implement a program of constant perimeter patrols of the facilities and preparation of reports. * Ensure control over shipments transporting products outside the plant. Ensure completion of trip logs for raw materials and/or finished products. * Coordinate inspection of employees’ bags upon entry and exit. * Coordinate security personnel for vehicle inspections. * Control the registration of raw material entries into the plant. * Ensure registration of materials leaving the factory. Control supply of gas and diesel. * Record employee departures and review the multi-use authorization form signed by all responsible parties. * Register and verify, with proper authorization, employee entries outside regular working hours. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM; Saturdays on duty. **EDUCATION:** * Industrial Safety Engineering, Business Administration or related field. * Minimum: Completed high school education.
