




**Operations Assistant** **Purpose of the Position** Verify TR1 and TR2 reconciliations to ensure item traceability, prevent losses, and support COP administrative activities. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute TR1 and TR2 reconciliations and identify operational discrepancies. * Locate items with incidents and track their resolution. * Register, manage, and locate pending items on the platform. * Audit fuel performance on TR2 routes. * Prepare and submit daily reports to the Supervisor. **Decision-Making Authority** * Halt operators upon detecting incidents. * Request delivery of lost items. * Define audit routes based on detected incidents. * Manage and track pending items on the platform. **Internal Relationships** * **Supervisor:** Reporting of results and incident follow-up. * **Operators and Route Assistants:** Validation of unloading and verification of information. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Reconciliation accuracy. * Lost items. * Pending items on the platform. * Guarantees. * Cost per shipment. **Required Profile** * Completed high school education. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * No additional language required. * Prior experience in operations, logistics, or administrative control is desirable. **We Offer** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: * Grocery vouchers * Savings fund * Retirement savings plan * Life insurance * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and professional growth.
